1940 DATED HOMEFRONT BRITISH HELMET

Nice untouched standard WWII 'Tommy' Helmet. This example is clearly stamped 1940 underneath the rim with an indistinct manufactures makers stamp, painted grey it has 3 holes drilled into the rim at the 3 & 9 O'clock position which is synonymous with those issued to the Home Guard. In overall very good used condition. Complete with chin strap and liner.
