WWII USAAF AIRCREW FIRST AID KIT

Standard WWII USAAF First Aid Kit as fitted to all WWII USAAF Fighter and Bomber Aircraft. Overall good used condition with much of the original contents. These were fitted in different locations throughout B-17 Flying Fortress and B-24 Liberator Bombers and enabled Aircrew to give themselves or other crew members immediate first aid.
